About the Staging Diva Home Staging Art Shop |

The Staging Diva Art Shop was created by internationally recognized home staging expert Debra Gould, also known as The Staging Diva.
Debra has personally staged hundreds of homes in the $190,000 to $1.7 million price range and found that regardless of income, very few people own art that enhances their home.
"Once you take down all the personal photos, graduation certificates and religious items," says Debra, "few homes have the art they need to decorate the space properly. Then it falls to the home stager to source appropriate items." Since it’s always been difficult for home stagers to source appropriate art for home staging at reasonable prices, Debra created the Staging Diva Art Shop.
Debra Gould has trained over 1500 home stagers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South
Africa and Europe to start their own home staging businesses based on her own experience building
a successful home staging company, Six Elements, the fact that she’s
been an entrepreneur since 1989, and has an MBA in Marketing.

Staging Diva Home Staging Art Shop Fills Gap for Home Stagers |
Home stagers can sometimes rent appropriate art from the same place they rent the furniture for a home staging project, but often what they need isn't available. The Staging Diva Art Shop fills that gap.
Now home stagers have a one-stop shop where they can place an online order for any art they need to stage or redesign a home.
The art in our Staging Diva Art Gallery has been personally selected by Debra Gould for its suitability in a variety of homes. You can review the entire gallery at once, or go directly to the room of your choice to find art Debra recommends for that location. Some art is more suitable for a kitchen while other pieces would suit a bedroom or bathroom, for example.

Home Stagers Earn Money Renting Their Own Art |

The Staging Diva Home Staging Art Shop lets you build your own inventory of art for staging that you can
then rent to
your clients.
We recommend that you charge a monthly rental fee of anywhere from $25 to
$100 an item, depending on
the size, value and your local market conditions.
Even with a conservative estimate, you should almost double your money within the first year of renting a piece of art in your own collection.
|
| |
Here’s how much money you can make on a single piece of art: |
Cost of framed and matted print “Adaptation” as pictured at right: |
$87 |
Rental fee you can charge your client per month: |
$20 |
Rental income after one year: |
12 x $20 = $240 |
Profit after first year: |
$240 – $87 = $153 |
Return on your investment:
76% in a single year on this one piece of art! |

|
Here's how much money you can make on an inventory of just 25 pieces of art:
Profit after first year: $153 x 25 = $3825
And that's all passive income. The art makes the money for you,
and you don't have to lift a finger! |
